Markent Personnel is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a pediatric therapy clinic in the Kansas City area. This role focuses on delivering individualized 3–6 year old language therapy within an ABA-influenced setting, partnering with a multidisciplinary team to support children and families.

Flexible scheduling includes full-time or part-time hours, with open caseload opportunities and potential growth into leadership as the clinic expands.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). SLPA also welcome.
• Interest in working with a pediatric population.
• Comfortable working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for providing individualized, child-centered care

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized speech-language therapy to children ages 3–6.
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Provide 30–60 minute 1:1 therapy sessions
• Complete evaluations typically scheduled around 90 minutes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals
• Complete documentation using OpenEMR
• Manage daily caseload and schedule within clinic hours
