H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing pediatric clinic in the Kansas City area. You will provide 1:1 therapy to young children, with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder, within an ABA-based setting, and manage a flexible caseload.

The role offers full- or part-time schedules, an established pediatric caseload, and opportunities for leadership as the organization expands.

Qualificações

• Licensed or license-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist. SLPA also welcome.
• Interest in working with a pediatric population
• Comfortable working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for providing individualized, child-centered care

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized speech-language therapy to children ages 3–6
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions lasting approximately 30–60 minutes
• Complete evaluations, typically scheduled for approximately 90 minutes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals
• Manage your daily caseload and schedule within clinic operating hours
