MDS Staffing seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for outpatient care in Huntsville, TX. The role offers 36–40 hours weekly with a 4‑day option and a flexible schedule, emphasizing one-on-one therapy and professional growth.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions for pediatric communication needs within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention for pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Incorporate child-led, engaging activities to support functional communication.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Educate and collaborate with families to encourage carryover of skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to support patient outcomes.
