Compensation ranges from $36–$57 per hour ($60 per billable hour) with an annual earning potential of approximately $74,880–$118,560, depending on experience and hours worked. You will conduct evaluations, develop plans, and collaborate with families and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, compassionate, and collaborative approach to patient care.
• Pediatric experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention for pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Incorporate child-led, engaging activities to support functional communication.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Educate and collaborate with families to encourage carryover of skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to support patient outcomes.
