RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Huntsville, TX is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time outpatient position. The role emphasizes one-on-one care, flexible weekday hours, and a four‑day workweek option, with no weekends.

Compensation ranges hourly with a potential higher flex pay for billable hours. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric communication disorders, develop individualized plans, collaborate with families and a supportive team, and pursue growth

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in pediatric therapy is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention for pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Incorporate child-led, engaging activities to support functional communication.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Educate and collaborate with families to encourage carryover of skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to support patient outcomes.
