Honeybee Hires is seeking two full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to make a lasting impact on children's lives in Eugene, Oregon. We place a strong emphasis on parental engagement during therapy sessions to improve home carryover and reduce burnout for therapists.

Compensation ranges from $75k–$94k per year DOE with flexible 4 or 5 day schedules, in-person work, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Active or pending Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license.
• In-person work in Eugene, OR.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct individualized assessments and therapy sessions for children with speech and language disorders.
• Actively involve parents during sessions to promote effective home practice.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement tailored interventions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and updates.
• Prepare and organize materials for upcoming sessions during scheduled downtime.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
