Role Description The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evaluation and treatment services to children with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs in an on-site clinic setting located in Clayton, NC. This full-time role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The pathologist will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support carryover of skills and promote functional communication across settings. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate records, preparing therapy materials, participating in care team meetings, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
