Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy in California is seeking a CF - SLP to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide family-centered patient care, aiming to support functional goals for both the patient and their family.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Speech Language Pathologist - SLP.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Must have a Clear Livescan, TB Test, CPR Healthcare Provider Card.
• Availability must include until 7pm during weekdays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a strong team player.
• Must regularly stand, bend, stoop, lift, and move intermittently during shift.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and push or pull wheeled equipment over 100lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care by assessing evaluations.
• Help patients accomplish goals outlined in treatment plans.
• Document patient care services accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Participate effectively as part of the IEP team.
