Job summary

Aurora Pediatric Therapy and Integrative Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric therapy team in Naperville, IL. You will provide individualized speech, language, feeding, and swallowing services to infants, children, and adolescents with developmental delays and communication disorders.

Role includes 30 hours weekly with growth to 40, evening and Saturday availability, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure.
• CCC‑SLP certification preferred; CFY candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group speech, language, feeding, and swallowing therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with family goals.
• Document progress and communicate with caregivers; complete documentation promptly.

Education

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
