Lubbock Independent School District seeks an ECI DEBT Speech/Language Pathologist to support early communication development for children (0-3) within the ECI DEBT Program. This role requires strong collaboration with families, teachers, and service coordinators, and management of IFSP processes and related assessments.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Texas licensure.
• Experience with pediatric speech therapy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFSP processes and early intervention strategies.

Responsabilités

• Participates in the assessment process for children referred for services due to delayed or atypical motor responses affecting communication.
• Participates in IFSP meetings for sharing assessment information and assisting with IFSP development.
• Prepares written recommendations for children with feeding and communication disorders to be shared with families and staff.
• Collaborates with teachers, service coordinators, parents, and team members regarding therapeutic needs.
• Maintains and submits all required documentation, including therapy reports and service logs.
