Seattle Therapy – Skills for Life is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient team. You will work with children and young adults, delivering evidence-based care in a collaborative, family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Washington State SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential.
• Commitment to evidence-based, pediatric, family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized recommendations and treatment plans.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language pathology services.
• Deliver intervention across areas such as speech sound production, language, fluency, AAC, and feeding therapy.
• Apply clinical reasoning to treatment planning and modification of approaches.
• Partner with caregivers and provide education to generalize skills beyond therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with OT, SLPs, schools, physicians, and community providers as appropriate.
• Provide services across clinic, home, school, and community settings when indicated.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Contribute to clinical resources and program development.
