Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary approach.
• Educate and empower families to extend communication strategies beyond therapy.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, enhancing leadership skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure policy compliance.
• Engage in cross-discipline consultations with a wide care team.
