MedCare Pediatric Group, LP in Houston, TX is seeking a Clinical Fellow – Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team. The CF-SLP provides evaluations and therapy for speech, language, feeding and swallowing, partnering with families to support meaningful progress.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with a supportive mentorship environment, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth as you advance toward independent practice.

Qualifications

• Must have an accredited SLP program degree.
• Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by start date.
• 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Pediatrics experience preferred; bilingual a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.

Speech Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date

• Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required
