Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in Livermore, CA is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP CF) to join our team. You will provide pediatric speech therapy under supervision, building clinical skills and professional development while completing the fellowship.

You will receive structured mentorship and hands-on experience, with a focus on high-quality patient care, data collection, and collaboration with BCBAs, OTs, educators, and families in a supportive clinical

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) status per ASHA guidelines.
• Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Intern / CF.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication therapy sessions for pediatric clients.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Collect and analyze client data to track progress and support intervention adjustments.
• Prepare clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports in a timely manner.
• Participate in regular supervision and mentorship sessions with the assigned licensed SLP.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, educators, and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding therapy goals, progress, and home strategies.
• Adhere to ASHA guidelines, state licensure requirements, and ethical standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance.
