Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a Clinical Fellow – Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to impact children and families through comprehensive evaluations and individualized therapy plans. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs in a pediatric setting.

Qualified candidates will hold an accredited SLP program, Texas licensure by start date, and have pediatric experience or strong interest in growing in this area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date.
• 1 year of experience preferred - new graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.
