Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our pediatric therapy team. You will deliver speech therapy services under ASHA guidelines and under supervision, gaining structured mentorship and hands-on clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) status per ASHA guidelines.
• Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Intern / CF.
• Experience with pediatric populations or school-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication therapy sessions for pediatric clients.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision by the licensed SLP.
• Collect and analyze client data to track progress and support intervention adjustments.
• Prepare clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports in a timely manner.
• Participate in supervision and mentorship sessions with the assigned licensed SLP.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, educators, and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding therapy goals, progress, and home strategies.
• Adhere to ASHA guidelines, state licensure requirements, and ethical standards.
