Family ofKidz in Hawthorne, NY is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a center-based position serving students aged 5–21 with developmental disabilities. Roles include creating and delivering individual or group therapy, evaluating speech and language, and collaborating with BCBA, teachers, OTs and PTs.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP with NYSED credential(s) and eligibility for TSSLD/TSHH.
• NYS SLP license to practice in New York.
• ASHA CCCs or equivalent credential preferred.
• NYSED certifications TSSLD or TSHH required or in process.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement individual and group speech-language therapy for a caseload of students ages 5–21.
• Administer and document speech and language evaluations.
• Collaborate with BCBA, special education teachers, OT/PT to support communication goals.
• Oversee AAC device use and integration in sessions.
• Document progress and communicate with families and school staff.
