Job summary

ITS is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor to lead therapy for children from birth to 21 in Hawthorne, CA. You will supervise, plan, and support one-on-one sessions and collaborate across therapy disciplines to ensure holistic care, driving strong patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics preferred).
• Strong communication, self-control, and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Willing to collaborate with other divisions for a holistic 'whole child' approach.
