Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a licensed Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to work across the Hudson Valley, NY area. This role supports both part-time and full-time opportunities, with compensation that depends on caseload and licensure.

The position may be offered as fee-for-service or traditional employment, with flexible scheduling in a school- and clinic-based setting. You will evaluate, design interventions, and collaborate with BCBA and Special Educators to enhance language outcomes while

Qualifications

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for your caseload.
• Administer and create speech and language evaluations.
• Ongoing communication and collaboration with BCBA and Special Educators related to language and functional communication.
• Oversight of student’s Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
• Utilize behavior management strategies and behavior intervention plans during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school districts, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedule.
• Collect data on each IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
