Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support pediatric therapy services. You will provide direct speech and language therapy to children, document progress, and prepare materials in a fast-paced outpatient setting that includes clinic and ranch environments.

The role requires a California SLP-A license and pediatric outpatient experience, with opportunities for collaboration, growth, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid California License as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant.
• At least 2 years in pediatric outpatient setting preferred.
• CPR Healthcare Provider Card, TB test, Livescan clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children per treatment plans.
• Document progress with daily notes and track goals.
• Prepare and adapt therapy materials and equipment as needed.
• Work in clinic, ranch, or telehealth settings as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and administrative staff.
