Job summary

Dayton Children's Sleep Lab is seeking a Polysomnographic Technologist/Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to conduct sleep studies, perform sleep staging, and score events per AASM standards. The role supports the Team Leader and Medical Director to ensure excellent diagnostic and therapeutic sleep services while prioritizing patient experience and safety.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders (PSG, EEG, MSLT/MWT), oxygen titration, CPAP/BiPAP,

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care required.
• Must obtain SDS or RPSGT within 2 years of hire.
• 0–3 years healthcare experience preferred for RCP/RRT roles.
• Participate in ASTEP if SDS or RPSGT not yet obtained.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sleep studies, sleep staging, and technical scoring per AASM standards.
• Provide QA feedback and ensure high quality diagnostic/therapeutic sleep services.
