Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in two campuses within a school district. The role focuses on pediatric speech therapy in educational settings with a full-time contract.

The ideal candidate will hold an SLP license and CCC-SLP, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and develop IEPs while documenting progress for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language needs.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, maintain records.
  • Liaise with educators, parents, and other therapists for holistic support.
  • Offer consultative strategies to teachers and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Serve across two campuses, supporting multiple grade levels.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
  • Hold a valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience delivering pediatric speech-language therapy, especially within school settings
  • Proficiency working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary school teams
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners and adapting interventions accordingly
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise effectively with educators, parents, and other therapists to ensure holistic support
  • Offer consultative support to classroom teachers regarding strategies and accommodations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the problem-solving process
  • Serve across two assigned campuses, supporting students from different grade levels
