Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to provide leave coverage for a Birth-Three caseload near Corunna, MI. The assignment runs from 1/25/27 through 4/30/27, offering a 40-hour work week in a supportive school setting.

You will deliver direct speech-language therapy services, evaluations and collaborate with educators, families and professionals to create individualized treatment plans that maximize student growth and progress.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active Michigan state license (or eligibility) is required.
• Experience or interest in pediatric populations, Birth-Three preferred.
• ASHA Certification (CCC) or CFY, or strong school-based/SLP experience.
• Excellent collaboration, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy for a Birth-Three caseload.
• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions, progress, and assessments.
• Participate in IFSP or IEP meetings.
• Educate and empower families to reinforce therapy techniques.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Monitor, assess, and adjust therapy plans based on student progress.
