Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract in Michigan. You will evaluate and treat students, develop individualized plans aligned with IEPs, and work with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote communication skills that support academics and social growth.

You will deliver therapy in group or individual formats, document progress, and participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive services for students across diverse

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an SLP in Michigan or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CCC-SLP or CFY in progress per state requirements.
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings desired.
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and report writing.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents and support staff.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students' speech, language and communication needs using various assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEPs.
• Deliver therapy services individually and in groups for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and other specialists to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams.

Desired Qualifications:
