Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in the Hagerstown, MD area, with options for on-site or teletherapy services. Candidates should hold Maryland SLP licensure; CCC-SLP or CFY is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland SLP licensure.
• CCC-SLP certification or CFY in progress.
• Experience with pediatric school settings.
• Comfort with teletherapy a plus.
• Strong IEP development knowledge.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders for K-12 students.
• Develop and execute individualized IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to improve outcomes.
• Provide direct and/or virtual therapy sessions as needed.
• Maintain progress records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team efforts.
