Job summary

E-Therapy in Hagerstown, MD is seeking an onsite School Speech-Language Pathologist for the 26/27 school year. Start date is August 2026.

This is a full-time, onsite position for elementary students, with a Maryland SLP license and ASHA certification required, and compensation starting at $51/hour. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, provide direct services across articulation, language, and AAC, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and the IEP

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience working with K-12 or pediatric populations.
• Proficiency with pediatric assessment and therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of AAC systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services across articulation, language, fluency, and AAC.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support goals in classroom and other settings.
• Document sessions and progress in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech-language needs.
