Montefiore School Health Program is seeking an LPN with an Alternate Work Schedule to support student health in a dynamic school-based setting. Qualifications

• Must hold a current New York State LPN license and registration.
• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• BLS Certification required.
• Fingerprinting clearance for DOE and Justice Center.
• English communication skills and basic data entry ability.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: provide clinical care to pediatric/adolescent students under RN supervision.
• Clinical Tasks: safely administer medications and treatments; perform selected diagnostic tests.
• Student & Family Education: deliver age-appropriate teaching and discharge instructions.
• Safety & Compliance: maintain infection control, safety policies; document care in the EHR.
• Collaboration & Flexibility: work with RNs and school staff to adapt to daily workflow.
