Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role near Minneapolis, MN. The contract spans the full academic year, offering hands-on work with a diverse caseload and ongoing collaboration with educators and support teams.

You will provide direct therapy, assessments, and IEP-driven goals in a supportive, resource-rich environment. Ideal candidates have a Master’s in SLP, Minnesota licensure, and CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility; SLPAs with relevant school experience

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Minnesota SLP license or eligibility.
  • CCC-SLP or CFY candidates, or SLPAs with school experience considered.
  • Experience with pediatric/school caseloads preferred.
  • Knowledge of IEPs, progress monitoring, and special education.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of ~60 students across ages and communication needs.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and write IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
  • Provide direct therapy, consultation, and advocacy for speech and language development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Job description

Step into a dynamic, full-time role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school setting near Minneapolis, MN. This contract opportunity spans the full academic year, offering the chance to develop therapeutic relationships with a diverse caseload of 60 students. You’ll work onsite alongside dedicated educators and student support teams to make a meaningful impact every day. Qualifications And Experience
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid Minnesota SLP license (or eligible)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) with relevant school experience considered
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and special education procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
