W3Global in Fort Smith, AR seeks a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric communication disorders. You will work in a close-knit clinic, applying evidence-based methods and collaborating with families and teachers to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Active state licensure/certification as an SLP required.
  • Solid grasp of medical terminology related to speech and communication.
  • Compassionate, patient-first approach with strong assessment and care-planning skills.
  • Pediatric experience preferred; early intervention experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
  • Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs and goals.
  • Deliver engaging, play-based therapy to motivate progress.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers for coordinated care.
  • Track progress and adapt treatment plans to ensure outcomes.
  • Coach families with practical tools for home use.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and audits.
  • Stay updated with current research and early intervention practices.

What You'll Do
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children using evidence-based tools

  • Partner closely with parents, teachers, and fellow healthcare providers for coordinated, whole-child care
  • Track progress and adapt treatment plans to keep outcomes on track

  • Keep documentation accurate, timely, and audit-ready
  • Stay sharp with the latest research and early intervention best practices
What You Bring
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
