Job summary

Soliant is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to partner with a dedicated educational team near Jacksonville, NC. This role focuses on supporting students' communication development in a school-based setting and offers a meaningful, student-centered experience.

Ideal candidates bring pediatric therapy experience, CFY consideration, CCC-SLP preferred, and current state licensure eligibility. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists, conduct assessments, create IEP

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFY applicants encouraged
• Experience working in a pediatric or school setting is highly valued
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and school-based documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy for children and adolescents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ communication goals
• Maintain accurate and timely records; participate in meetings and contribute to the IEP process
• Offer guidance to classroom staff and contribute to a positive school culture
