Job summary

Soliant Health in North Carolina is seeking experienced SLP-CCC or CFY for a school-based contract supporting PreK–5th grade, starting ASAP through the end of the school year, with a 39-hour workweek in a dynamic educational setting near Camp Lejeune and Wilmington.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat diverse caseloads, develop IEPs with multidisciplinary teams, deliver individual and group therapy, and maintain records per state requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or pending state SLP license required.
• SLP-CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse PreK–5th grade caseload.
• Develop and implement IEPs with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct therapy in individual and small-group settings.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports per state requirements.
• Engage with families and staff to support student progress and advocacy.
• Participate in meetings, professional development and school activities.
