Affirmed Home Care, Inc. in Wilton, CT is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home care of a 6-year-old child.

This per diem position offers 12-hour shifts and competitive pay of $55.00 per hour, with the flexibility of a home-based pediatric assignment. Ideal candidates hold a Connecticut RN license, current BLS, and have experience with trach care and NG tubes, plus at least one year in pediatric nursing, either in home or acute care settings.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Trach and NG tube experience required
• Minimum of one year pediatric nursing experience in a home or acute care setting
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home nursing for a 6-year-old patient.
• Administer medications and monitor patient condition in the home setting.
