NurSelect, LLC is hiring a compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) for Lancaster, PA. The role emphasizes pediatric care with specialized trach and G-tube skills in a center setting. Several openings exist, with a 4-day work week and 10-hour shifts.

Active RN license required; NICU/ICU background is preferred. CPR/BLS certification and patient-centered care are essential. On-site role with weekly pay and on-call support for coverage needs.

Formación

• RN licensed and in good standing.
• Experience in pediatric nursing.
• Specialized trach and G-tube care skills.
• NICU/ICU background preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Demonstrated patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, specialized pediatric care to patients with unique medical needs.
• Manage and maintain tracheostomy (trach) and gastrostomy (G-tube) care.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond promptly to clinical changes.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Comply with HIPAA standards and regulations for patient confidentiality.
• Proficiency in traditional paper charting and manual documentation.
• Thrive as a flexible collaborator across team functions in a dynamic environment.
