Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled, one-on-one care for a 1-year-old child with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube in the family’s home in Hartford County, CT. This per diem opportunity supports pediatric complex care with flexible shifts.

You will join Affirmed Home Care’s Pediatric Division and work with a dedicated clinical and administrative team, receiving onboarding and ongoing training while enjoying weekly direct

Qualifikationen

• Active Connecticut RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum one year pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube experience strongly preferred.
• Pediatric home care, hospital, or acute-care experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Physical examination within past 12 months.
• TB screening (PPD/QuantiFERON) within past year or chest X-ray where applicable.

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a 1-year-old with tracheostomy and ventilator in the home.
• Monitor and manage pediatric vitals and care needs in a home setting.
• Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure safe, effective care.
