Elderwood Administrative Services seeks a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) for day shifts at our Hopewell pediatric specialty care unit in Aliquippa, PA. You will care for medically complex children, including those with trachs, vents, and G-tubes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers 12-hour day shifts (3 per week with every other weekend) and paid pediatric orientation. Current PA RN license (or compact) and BLS/CPR are required; prior pediatric or LTAC experience is a

Competenze

• Current Pennsylvania RN license, or a multistate (compact) RN license valid in Pennsylvania, in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR and First Aid
• Pediatric, trach/vent or long‑term care experience is a plus, not required
• Meets Child Care Supervisor qualifications under 55 Pa. Code Chapter 3800
• Calm under pressure, sharp at assessment and great with families
• This position requires reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English at an intermediate level or higher

• Assess medically complex children and act quickly on subtle changes
• Manage trach, vent and G‑tube care with RTs and the care team
• Give medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Coordinate care with providers, therapists and families
• Guide and support LPNs and nurse technicians on your shift
• Document clearly and follow each child’s care plan
