Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse for The Johns Hopkins Hospital - Bloomberg 9 South, Pediatric Care, a 20-bed intermediate care unit caring for patients from birth to 21 years.

The role requires an Associate degree in Nursing, an active Maryland or Compact RN license, and BLS CPR certification. Pediatric RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered, provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 4 years of hire
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
• BLS CPR certification required
• RN work experience required; pediatric RN experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Care for pediatric patients (0-21 years) in a 20-bed intermediate care unit.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, social workers, case managers, and child life specialists.

Education

Associate degree in Nursing
