Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide Relationship Based Care for pediatric and adolescent patients.

You will perform nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet family learning needs and care goals. The role requires a BSN or equivalent experience, IL RN licensure, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher required.
• Associates degree in nursing with equivalent experience in lieu of BSN if willing to return to school for BSN within 1 year of hire.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Illinois, active and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing assessments using various methods and tools.
• Develops and updates plans of care and family-centered goals.
• Evaluates and documents changes to the plan of care.
