Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs complete and holistic health assessments on admission and documents findings.
• Analyzes assessment data and prioritizes patient needs.
• Communicates and collaborates with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Serves as a team leader for nursing personnel and supervises care delivery.
• Documents interventions clearly, accurately, and promptly.
