Job summary

Intermountain Health’s Primary Children’s at Lehi in Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time position (36 hours weekly) with self-scheduling every 8 weeks. Benefits eligible. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with an interdisciplinary team and maintain thorough documentation.

Requirements include current RN license, BSN or intent to obtain within four years, and BLS certification. Remote work not indicated; on-site hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BSN or willing to obtain within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, social, and psychological status as part of the nursing process.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document accurately and maintain licensure within scope of practice.
• Coordinate and delegate care, communicate with patients and families.
