CareFinders Total Care is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric care in the home and community in Perth Amboy, NJ. Immediate openings with flexible shifts are available, including weekend days and additional day/evening/overnight options.

RN/LPN roles offer meaningful pediatric care, focusing on children with complex medical needs, autism, seizures, and feeding tubes.

Qualificações

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to work in Perth Amboy.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduates welcome.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Comfortable caring for children with developmental and complex medical needs.
• Reliable, compassionate, patient, and attentive.
• Able to provide hands-on care, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, positioning, and assisting with mobility or transfers.
• Ability to safely operate and monitor medical equipment as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Monitor the child's health, safety, and overall condition.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
• Provide seizure monitoring and response, with training available as needed.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, feeding, and other daily care needs.
• Monitor and assist with feeding tubes and other medical equipment as applicable.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and required care records.
• Communicate changes in condition, concerns, and updates with parents, caregivers, and the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Provide comfort, reassurance, and age‑appropriate engagement throughout the shift.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for the child.

Conhecimentos

Active RN/LPN license
