CareFinders Total Care is recruiting RN and LPN nurses for in-home pediatric care. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs, delivering skilled nursing care and comfort in a family setting.

Positions offer flexible shifts with immediate availability in Irvington and Belleville, NJ. LPNs earn $35–$36 per hour and RNs $45–$46 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), EAP, and career growth

Competenze

• Active RN or LPN license (state-specific).
• Pediatric experience preferred, not required.
• New graduates welcome.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Comfortable providing care for children with developmental and complex medical needs.
• Frequent standing and walking; operating medical equipment; occasional lifts.

Mansioni

Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Immediate Availability - Belleville, NJ

Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Thursday and Friday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting patients; operating medical equipment; bending, reaching, positioning; occasional patient transfers or lifting; exposure to healthcare environments.
• Monitor the child’s health, safety, and overall condition
• Administer medications and perform routine treatments
• Provide seizure awareness and response (training available if needed)
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and daily care needs
• Complete clinical documentation and progress notes
• Communicate changes, concerns, and updates with parents and care team
• Support individualized care planning and ongoing updates (as applicable in home care model)
• Offer comfort, engagement, and emotional reassurance throughout care
