Job summary

CareFinders Total Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for in-home pediatric care in Hightstown and Pennington. Work one-on-one with children who have autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs, providing skilled nursing care and support that truly makes a difference for families.

The role involves one-on-one home visits, monitoring health and medications, and documenting care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (state-specific)
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• New graduates welcome
• Comfortable providing care for children with developmental and complex medical needs

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Monitor health, safety, and overall condition of the child
• Administer medications and perform routine treatments
• Provide seizure awareness and response (training available)
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and daily care needs
• Complete clinical documentation and progress notes
• Communicate changes and updates with parents and care team

Immediate Opening in Hightstown & Pennington

Hightstown- Overnight Shift: Monday-Sunday 10pm-6am. *(Flexible)
Additional day, evening & overnight shifts as well.

What You’ll Do:
