Job summary

CareFinders Total Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for in-home pediatric care in Freehold. Work one-on-one with children with autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs, delivering skilled nursing care, comfort, and support to families.

Positions offer flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, with competitive pay. Applicants should hold an active RN or LPN license and be willing to work in Freehold; CPR/BLS

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (state-specific).
• Pediatric experience preferred, not required.
• New graduates welcome.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Comfortable providing care for children with developmental and complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting.
• Monitor the child’s health, safety, and overall condition.
• Administer medications and perform routine treatments.
• Provide seizure awareness and response (training available if needed).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and daily care needs.
• Complete clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Communicate changes, concerns, and updates with parents and care team.

What You’ll Do:
