Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and RN licensure.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in child health or early intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides early intervention health services in the child and family’s environment.
• Collaborates with families to develop health plans and goals.
• Maintains confidential records per state and federal regulations.
• Educates parents and professionals on child health development and parenting skills.
