Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required or currently enrolled in BSN program with required completion within 12 months of hire date.
• Florida RN license or Compact license that includes Florida required

Responsibilities

• Care for patients within the specified population.
• Apply the nursing process to provide and evaluate nursing care, considering growth, development, and family dynamics.
• Plan, develop, and implement goals and objectives of the assigned program in conjunction with leadership.
• Document all aspects of nursing care delivery.
• Provide leadership, staff education, and support to division nurses, physicians, and other health care professionals.
