Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to evaluate patients and develop care plans within our Hands of Hope pediatric program. You will communicate with patients and families and coordinate with the care team to drive quality care across the patient’s journey.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• RN license must be in good standing with an accredited nursing program graduate.
• 3 years of nursing in clinical care or home health; 1 year pediatric experience required.
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move, and lift 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create comprehensive care plans.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team to coordinate care.
• Drive the care team to ensure every patient receives high-quality care.
