Job summary

ACG Hospice is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to evaluate pediatric patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team on patient-centered, compassionate care. This role emphasizes collaboration with Hands of Hope and the broader Agape Care Group family.

The RN will ensure high-quality care, participate in leadership within the pediatric program, and have access to professional development opportunities as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• Graduate of accredited nursing program (certificate, diploma, ADN or BSN)
• 3 years nursing in clinical/home health; 1 year pediatric experience
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to meet physical demands

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans with the care team.
• Communicate with patient, family, and care team to ensure coordinated care.
• Lead and drive the care team to deliver quality pediatric care.
