Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current RN license in the State of Missouri or Compact Licensure. Graduate nurses must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Administer medications, perform nursing interventions, and educate patients and families.
• Document patient care activities and required quality monitoring items.
• Communicate patient information to physicians and appropriate team members to improve patient outcomes.
• Delegate appropriately while fostering teamwork and accountability.
