Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process and demonstrates clinical competence.
• Maintains and cares for central lines and infection prevention per policy.
• Administers medications, performs nursing interventions, and teaches patients and families.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessments to monitor patient status and support clinical decisions.
• Documents all nursing care activities and quality monitoring items.
