Job summary

BAYADA Willow Grove Pediatric Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team on weekend day shifts for pediatric clients in Glenside, Elkins Park and Stenton, Philadelphia.

Our clients include infants and young children with complex conditions, requiring hospital-level care in the home setting. We provide onboarding, ongoing clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth in a compassionate, reliable team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
